2602A Truffle and Bonbon Making Class - Thu, Feb 12th, 6:30pm, $45

The epitome of beautiful chocolates! You'll learn to perform chocolate tempering and setting and filling molds. Each participant will be in charge of one flavor, and then we'll all share our creations between each other.  You'll end up with a box of 8 truffle/bonbons. This is Sugar Jones' most popular class.

Great family class. Kids with some good kitchen skills are welcome to take this class without a parent.

Min class size: 3, Maximum: 8, $45/person paid in advance. Cancellation available up to 4 days prior.
