The epitome of beautiful chocolates! You'll learn to perform chocolate tempering and setting and filling molds. Each participant will be in charge of one flavor, and then we'll all share our creations between each other.  You'll end up with a variety box of truffle/bonbons. This is Sugar Jones' most popular class.
