A great Mother's Day event!

In this adult candy making class, you’ll bring a beverage of your choice such as wine, whiskey, hot coffee or tea, and we’ll make tasting chocolates to be paired with those drinks.  Tasting chocolates are beautiful and high-end intensely flavored chocolates that are meant to be savored. You’ll learn to temper chocolate and work with the special molds required to yield these beauties.  We will talk about and experience how to use tasting chocolates in pairing with wine, and other drinks. You’ll end up with at least 6 different tasting chocolates for you to enjoy.  Class will last about 1 hr.
