Learn to hand-roll and hand-cut various bonbon and truffle fillings to make beautiful treats. You'll also learn various styles of dipping, decorating and stenciling to make them look professional! We'll make 6-8 different fillings to end up with a small box of unique and tasty bonbons perfect for giving to your special valentine.

Kids skill level 2: Suitable for all adults and most kids with some kitchen experience. Hand-rolling requires patience and a desire to make the best looking bonbons based on your abilities.
