The epitome of beautiful chocolates! You'll learning chocolate tempering and setting and filling molds. Each participant will be in charge of one flavor, and then we'll all share our creations between each other.  

Skill level 2: The biggest key to tempering chocolate is patience and an attention to detail. Setting a mold and filling a mold are two different skills, not necessarily that difficult, and are the basis for most truffles and bonbons.  If you've taken a class with Keith before, $5 discount available (email info@sugarjones.net for code).

Min class size: 3, Maximum: 8, $45/person paid in advance. Cancellation available up to 4 days prior.
