257A - Marshmallow Magic Class, Sunday, July 13, 4:30pm

Make a batch of special SJ treats all using marshmallows! And who doesn't love Keith's pillowsoft marshmallows?

Participants will get a quick overview on how to make marshmallows and then will work with batches of premade marshmallow in several different flavors. 

We will then learn the steps to make a varied collection of marshmallow treats. Treats can include: tuxedo marshmallows, s'mores cookies,  and chocolate rocky road medallions. And of course there will be plenty of trim ends to be packed up as well. Everyone leaves with a full box of treats.  Class lasts about 1 hr, 45 mins.
